Our Energy Policy

As one of the leading brick manufacturers in northern part of Cyprus, Gürdağ Brick Factory embraces an environmentally conscious, sustainable and efficient energy management approach in its production and service processes. We are committed to working in compliance with national and international legal regulations in order to continuously improve our energy performance, use natural resources responsibly, and minimise our environmental impact. In line with this approach, we continuously develop our energy management system based on the following principles:

• ▪️ Ensuring the reduction of specific energy consumption through the efficient use of energy and natural resources in our production processes,
• ▪️ Ensuring the preference of energy-efficient equipment and systems to improve energy performance, and ensuring this criterion is taken into account in service procurement,
• ▪️ Raising energy efficiency awareness among all our employees and creating sustainable awareness in this regard,
• ▪️ Regularly reviewing the defined energy targets and evaluating our performance with measurable data.
